Our frontline employees are here for our customers and required daily operational processes whether we have no electricity, the roads are flooded or covered in ice or snow, or the internet is down. No matter what challenges they face, they are here at the beginning and end of each business day. It’s important to me that our frontline team is honored for all their hard work and that they know how much they are truly appreciated. They mean so much to our organization!
