Our partner Shazam has a 1-800 number that CNext customers can call 24/7 to inquire about a denied debit card transaction. This number → 1-866-508-2693 ← is for Shazam’s Fraud Operations Department. If you have a denied transaction, but do not receive a fraud alert, you can call this number to inquire about the decline. If the denial is due to suspicious fraudulent activity and you advise the charge is legitimate, Shazam’s fraud team can override the decline for that specific merchant for 24 hours. This will allow you to successfully complete the transaction once you attempt it again. Note: the Fraud Department number can only assist with declines on transactions blocked for suspicious activity.
With the Brella app, you can access balance information, manage travel notices, pause your card with the transaction control feature, and use GPS to locate nearby ATMs.

Brella’s Instant Transaction Control - The transaction control feature gives you more control over your accounts. You are able to pause your card without affecting previous transactions if your card is stolen or goes missing. With the quick tap of a button, this feature allows you to block or unblock your own cards much like a temporary card block, saving you money.
This fast and simple security feature increases safety. It not only gives you peace of mind and saves you the hassle of updating automatic payment information, but also saves you the hassle of replacing cards found days later.
